2. Project Payment Terms

To ensure clarity and fairness, all projects at Fusion Dev follow a 30-40-30 milestone payment rule:

• 30% Advance: Before project kickoff. Work does not start without this payment.
• 40% Midway Payment: Payable upon completion of key milestones (design approval, core functionality).
• 30% Final Payment: Due before final delivery, deployment, or handover of project files.

Payments are non-refundable once a phase has been completed. Delays may result in project suspension.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All client data, ideas, and project materials are treated with strict confidentiality. Unless otherwise agreed, completed projects remain the intellectual property of Fusion Dev until full payment is received.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not engage in unlawful activities, post offensive content, or violate others’ rights on our platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fusion Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of business, profits, or data.
